So-Phine Lashes Refund Policy
At So-Phine Lashes, we strive to provide high-quality services and products to all our valued clients. However, we understand that concerns may arise, and we want to ensure a fair resolution. Please read our refund policy carefully.
Refunds for Services
We do not offer refunds for services rendered, including lash treatments, brow treatments, skin treatments and cosmetic teeth whitening. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will assess your concern.
Refunds for Lash Courses
Due to the nature of our training courses (both in-person and online), all course purchases are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend a booked in-person course, we may offer a reschedule at our discretion.
Refunds for Lash Supplies
If you are not completely satisfied with your lash supplies, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The item is not a sale or clearance item (as these are final sale).
- You provide proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please email us with your order details. Once your return is approved, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
No-Show & Cancellation Policy
For appointments, we require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations will result in a fee as per our salon policy.
